Firm advises businesses in all aspects of statutory and corporate issues, compliance issues and regulatory, including due diligence, competition law, day to day corporate issues. Firm provides advisory services in general finance and tax issues, Employment contracts, Commercial contracts, Investment Agreements, SPA, SHA, Company’s transformations, as well as in sectors such as confidentiality agreements and GDPR.
